Jessica Webster

Hello. I am Jessica Webster. It is my privilege to serve as your new Head of School. Let me share a little about myself.

I most recently served as a school administrator in Hopewell School District. During my tenure as an administrator, I compiled a list of experiences including:

• Co-facilitated the adoption of a school-wide writing curriculum, Project-Based Learning and school climate initiatives;
• Co-created VOXER book chat on Innovator's Mindset with a local principal to capture and support innovation; 
• Created and co-facilitated many STEAM initiatives, including the creation of a building-wide STEAM committee, a STEAM walk and outdoor garden space, maker spaces, a new STEAM course, and 21 new project-based elective offerings for students in grades 5-8; and
• Presented at state and local conferences around literacy and STEAM and Equity. 

In addition, I served as District Facilitator for the Diversity Action Team and developed a partnership with A+ Schools to implement Restorative Practice, provided leadership for Hopewell’s newly developed School Wide Positive Behavior Support programming, and am a member of the PSBA Equity Task Force and the ReMake Learning Equity Next Gen PD professional learning collaborative. 

Before becoming an Administrator, I was a Social Studies and Special Education teacher. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outdoors and spending time with my husband, three children and two dogs.
